  • Who Is He?
  • A real estate negotiator (REN) is one intermediately person who help two parties or more to negotiate on a transaction of a piece of real estate.

  • A real estate is “a piece of land, including the air above it and the ground below it, and any buildings or structures on it (also called realty)”.

  • Need to join a registered real estate agency firm to conduct real estate agency transaction.  It is a criminal offence if conduct without a license.

FAQ: What is the different between a registered real estate agent and a real estate negotiator?
  • A registered real estate agent (REA) is one who has gone through formal education in estate agency faculty and practical training and he holds a license issued by the Malaysian Government to practice agency.  Where as a real estate negotiator (REN) works or assists the REA and the REA is accountable to the activities of the REN.

  • Study a 6 months course & sit for the exams conducted by The Board Of  Appraiser, Valuers & Estate Agents Malaysia.
